Many humanitarian organizations, families, and individuals on Orcas Island face challenges they cannot meet alone. The Orcas Island Lions Club has accepted the challenge to step in—whenever and however we can—to make sure no one is left without support. By working together as a group, we amplify our impact, combining our time, talents, and resources to create meaningful change. One person can make a difference, but together, we can transform lives. As the Lions motto reminds us: Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.

We are proud to serve our community through a wide range of hands-on projects that address real and immediate needs. From providing scholarships to local high school seniors to funding youth programs that nurture leadership and growth, we invest in the future of our island. Our service also extends to health and wellness initiatives, including mobility assistance programs, vision and hearing support, and emergency aid for neighbors in crisis.
